YOU are the rockSTAR! Ongoing music support with a personalized message directly to you. Musicians will call you out by name, dedicate songs to you and offer love and encouragement, treating you like the rockSTAR you are!
How do I sign up to become a rockSTAR?
Signing up to be a rockSTAR is easy!
- If you are a KID or Teen, sign up here.
- If you are an ADULT Patient, sign up here.
- For a dedication to a HEALTHCARE PROVIDER, sign up here.
I signed up, how long does it take?
Once you sign up to become a rockSTAR you will receive an email from our rockSTAR Liaison within 48 hours.
I'm a healthcare worker, can I dedicate to a rockSTAR patient of mine?
You sure can! Just fill out the provider care form and our rockSTAR Ambassador will follow up with you to fulfill your dedication request.
I'm a patient, can I sign up a rockSTAR doctor or nurse?
Absolutely! Your doctors, nurses and hospital staff are working hard to provide you with the best care. A little love from you goes a long way! Just fill out the provider care form and our rockSTAR Ambassador will follow up with you to fulfill your dedication request.
